Section 01

Age restriction

Dreamifyy is explicitly restricted to users 18 years or older. This is enforced through:

  • Age verification at signup — date of birth required
  • Account deletion for users found to be under 18
  • Terms of Service requiring age 18+

Zero tolerance. Accounts found to belong to minors are removed immediately, with their data deleted in accordance with our retention policy.
Section 02

Child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) prevention

Dreamifyy has implemented the following safeguards across the platform:

  • Mandatory age verification — every user must verify they are 18+ at signup
  • Content moderation — dream content is analyzed for harmful material before publication
  • User reporting tools — in-app mechanisms to report CSAE concerns from any surface
  • Data protection — strict access controls on user data and private communications
  • Prompt removal — reported CSAE content is removed immediately upon verification

In-app reporting mechanism

Users can report child safety concerns directly inside the app through:

  • Report button on every user profile
  • Report feature in chat and direct messages
  • Settings → Report Safety Concern
  • All reports go directly to Soha LLC for investigation

Compliance & reporting

Dreamifyy complies with the following standards and regulations:

  • Google Play Store child safety policies
  • COPPA (Children's Online Privacy Protection Act) — by restricting to 18+
  • GDPR and regional privacy laws
  • Local child protection authorities when required by law
