Introduction and acceptance of terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Dreamifyy mobile application and the Dreamifyy website at dreamifyy.ai (together, "the Service"). By downloading, installing, accessing, or using any part of the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and Safety Standards, both of which are incorporated here by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

About Dreamifyy and Soha LLC

Dreamifyy is an AI-powered dream interpretation and social platform — a place to record your dreams, receive AI-generated interpretations, create cinematic dream reels, and connect with people who share similar dream patterns.

The Service is owned and operated by Soha LLC, a limited liability company registered in the Commonwealth of Virginia, USA. Throughout these Terms, "Soha LLC," "we," "us," and "our" refer to Soha LLC.

Eligibility and age requirements

You must be at least 13 years old to create a Dreamifyy account or use the Service. If you are between 13 and the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may only use Dreamifyy with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian, who agrees to be bound by these Terms on your behalf.

Certain features — including Dream Matchmaking and publicly shared reels — may carry additional age gates enforced directly within the app, separate from the general eligibility age above.

Account registration and security

To use most features of Dreamifyy, you'll need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current information during registration and to keep it up to date.

You're responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity that happens under your account. If you believe your account has been accessed without your permission, let us know right away at support@dreamifyy.ai.

Each person may maintain only one Dreamifyy account. You can sign in using email and password, or through Apple or Google sign-in.

The Dreamifyy service — core features

Dreamifyy is built around four core features, delivered through our mobile app and supported by our website at dreamifyy.ai — together, "the Service":

• Dream Interpreter — you describe a dream in your own words, and our AI generates a personalized interpretation.
• Dream Companion — a conversational AI you can talk to about your dreams and reflections. Dream Companion is a reflection tool, not a therapist — see Section 11 for important limits on what it can and can't do.
• Dream Reel Creator — turns your dream descriptions into short, AI-generated cinematic videos.
• Dream Matchmaking — an opt-in feature that connects you with other users whose dreams share similar themes or imagery.

References to "the Service" throughout these Terms mean the Dreamifyy app and website together, including all four features above.

Free and paid plans

Dreamifyy offers a free tier and two paid subscription tiers. Quotas reset monthly.

• Free — 5 dream interpretations, 1 short (5-second) reel, and 3 Dream Companion messages per month.
• Pro ($9.99/month) — 25 interpretations, 3 reels, 60 Dream Companion messages per month, and 30 days of AI memory.
• Elite ($14.99/month) — 80 interpretations, 8 reels, 250 Dream Companion messages per month, and permanent AI memory.

We may also offer discounted yearly pricing for Pro or Elite from time to time; any such offer is subject to change. In addition to subscriptions, you can purchase one-time credit packs — 5 credits for $0.99, 20 credits for $2.99, 50 credits for $5.99, or 120 credits for $9.99 — to unlock extra interpretations, reels, or Dream Companion messages beyond your monthly quota.

We may adjust prices, quotas, or feature availability over time. Where required, we'll provide reasonable notice before changes take effect for existing subscribers.

Auto-renewal, billing, and cancellation

Pro and Elite subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period (monthly or yearly, depending on your plan) unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Your payment method will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, at the price then in effect.

All billing is handled entirely through the App Store (if you subscribed on iOS) or Google Play (if you subscribed on Android) — Soha LLC does not process or store your payment card details.

You can view, manage, or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple ID account settings or your Google Play subscriptions page, not through Dreamifyy directly. Cancelling stops future renewals but does not refund the current billing period — you'll keep access to paid features until the end of the period you already paid for.

Credits and in-app purchases

Credit packs are one-time digital purchases that add a fixed number of credits to your account, which you can spend on interpretations, reels, or Dream Companion messages beyond your plan's monthly quota.

Credits are non-transferable, cannot be sold or exchanged between accounts, and have no monetary value — they cannot be redeemed for cash or exchanged for any other form of currency, virtual or otherwise.

Credits are generally non-refundable (see Section 9). Credits do not expire unless we state an expiration at the time of purchase, or unless your account is terminated under Section 20, in which case any remaining credits are forfeited.

Refunds

All payments for subscriptions and credit packs are processed by Apple (through the App Store) or Google (through Google Play), using RevenueCat to manage subscription state on our end. Because these platforms handle billing directly, refund requests must go through them, not through Soha LLC.

If you'd like a refund, please contact Apple Support or Google Play Support directly and follow their refund process — each has its own policy and timeline for reviewing requests. Soha LLC does not issue direct refunds for in-app purchases, and we're not able to override decisions made by Apple's or Google's refund teams.

User content — dreams, reels, messages, and profile data

You retain ownership of the dreams, text, images, reels, and other content you submit to Dreamifyy ("User Content"). We're not claiming your dreams as our own — they're yours.

To operate the Service, you grant Soha LLC a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, store, process, and display your User Content as needed to provide the features you use. If you opt in to Dream Matchmaking or choose to share a reel publicly, that license extends to showing your content to matched users or, in aggregated and de-identified form, using it to improve our AI models and the Service generally.

You're solely responsible for the content you submit. By submitting User Content, you confirm that you have the right to share it and that it doesn't violate anyone else's rights or these Terms.

Acceptable use

We want Dreamifyy to be a place people feel safe sharing something as personal as a dream. Our full expectations for community behavior — including how we handle reports, moderation, and enforcement — are laid out in our Safety Standards, which are part of these Terms.

At minimum, you agree not to use the Service to:

• Harass, threaten, or intimidate other users
• Post hate speech or content that demeans others based on identity
• Share sexual content involving minors, in any form
• Threaten violence against any person or group
• Dox or share another person's private information without consent
• Send spam or unauthorized commercial promotion
• Scrape, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract the Service's underlying code or models
• Attempt to bypass usage limits, paywalls, or security measures
• Use the Service for any purpose that violates applicable law

Violating these expectations may result in content removal, feature restrictions, account suspension, or termination, at our discretion.

Dream Matchmaking feature — special considerations

Dream Matchmaking is entirely opt-in — you're never automatically enrolled. If you choose to participate, you're agreeing that your dream content, shared themes, and relevant profile information may be visible to other users you're matched with.

We ask that you treat matches with the same respect you'd want in return. Harassment, unwanted contact, or misuse of the matchmaking or messaging features is not tolerated.

Soha LLC reserves the right to remove a match, limit or revoke messaging privileges, or suspend or terminate an account that misuses Dream Matchmaking, at our discretion and without prior notice where warranted.

Third-party services

Dreamifyy is built on top of several third-party services, each of which has its own terms of service and privacy policy that may apply to your use of the Service:

• Supabase — database, authentication, and file storage
• OpenAI — powers Dream Interpreter and Dream Companion (via GPT-4o)
• Runway ML — powers Dream Reel Creator (Gen-4.5 model)
• RevenueCat, Apple App Store, and Google Play — payment processing and subscription management
• Resend — transactional email delivery
• Web3Forms and hCaptcha — the contact form on our website

When you use parts of the Service that rely on these providers, you're also subject to their respective terms. Soha LLC isn't responsible for outages, changes, or content moderation decisions made by any third-party provider.

Intellectual property

The Dreamifyy name, wordmark, logo, brand system, app source code, website, and all original content we create are the exclusive property of Soha LLC, protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works based on Soha LLC's intellectual property without our prior written permission. This does not apply to your own User Content, which remains yours as described in Section 10.

Feedback

If you send us suggestions, ideas, or feedback about Dreamifyy, we're grateful — and we may use that feedback to improve the Service without any obligation to you and without compensation, credit, or attribution.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied — including, without limitation, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability, or the accuracy of AI-generated outputs.

We work hard to keep Dreamifyy reliable and safe, but we can't guarantee the Service will always be error-free, secure, or available without interruption.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Soha LLC's total liability arising out of or related to the Service is limited to the greater of: (a) the total amount you paid to Soha LLC in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the claim, or (b) one hundred US dollars ($100).

In no event will Soha LLC be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, even if we've been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Soha LLC, along with its officers, employees, and affiliates, from any claim, demand, or damages — including reasonable legal fees — arising out of your User Content, your misuse of the Service, or your violation of these Terms.

Account termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, harm other users, or expose Soha LLC to legal or security risk. Where appropriate, we'll try to give notice before doing so, though some situations call for immediate action.

You can delete your account at any time from within the app. Once deleted, your User Content will be removed from our active systems within a reasonable period. Backup copies may persist for a limited time afterward, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Governing law and dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Virginia, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time as Dreamifyy evolves. If we make material changes, we'll let you know through the app, by email, or by posting a notice on dreamifyy.ai.

Continuing to use the Service after updated Terms take effect means you accept the revised Terms. If you don't agree with a change, your option is to stop using the Service.
